Refund policy
We love our customers, and we hope that you love our products. However, if you need to return your just björn product, please know that we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened, and in its original product packaging.

Please include the following information in your email:
- Full name
- Order number
- Item to be returned
- Reason for return or replacement
- Photo if damaged
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a pre-paid return shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 5 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and send a replacement.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the purchase price paid (less the shipping cost if applicable) on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.
Subscription Changes or Cancellation
You may cancel or change your subscription at any time. Please note that any changes or cancellations will need to be made at least 3 days prior to your next scheduled ship date. A shipment reminder email is sent 5 days prior to your scheduled ship date so that you have an opportunity to make changes. If a change or cancellation is made in less than 3 days prior to your ship date, the change or cancellation will be reflected on the next scheduled ship date. You can login to your account to manage your subscription at any time.
