Collagen Boost Overnight Oatmeal

I love this quick and easy version of an oatmeal. The protein you get from the just björn collagen and Skyr as well as the fiber from the oats makes this a healthy and delicious choice when you are on the run. Great for your skin, joints, and digestion. Pairs great with green tea for a healthy breakfast.

Ingredients
  • 1 5.3oz vanilla Skyr (Icelandic style yogurt)
  • 1 stick pack or 1 scoop (1 serving) just björn marine collagen
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup vanilla oat milk
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Toppings of your choice (chopped pecans, coconut flakes, fresh berries)
How to Make it
  1. In a small bowl, combine oats, milk, skyr, collagen, and honey. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  2. Serve with toppings of your choice (berries, nuts, seeds etc.)
