I love this quick and easy version of an oatmeal. The protein you get from the just björn collagen and Skyr as well as the fiber from the oats makes this a healthy and delicious choice when you are on the run. - 1 5.3oz vanilla Skyr (Icelandic style yogurt)
- 1 stick pack or 1 scoop (1 serving) just björn marine collagen
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ½ cup vanilla oat milk
- 1 tbsp honey
- Toppings of your choice (chopped pecans, coconut flakes, fresh berries)
How to Make it
- In a small bowl, combine oats, milk, skyr, collagen, and honey. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Serve with toppings of your choice (berries, nuts, seeds etc.)
