- 1 1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats
- 3/4 cup peanut butter
- 1 mashed banana
- 1/3 cup honey
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup flax seeds
- 1/2 cup just björn marine collagen
- 1/2 cup protein powder – vanilla or chocolate
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup a mix of dried cranberries and almonds
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well combined. The dough should be fairly soft. If it’s too dry add some more honey or a little bit of water, a little bit at a time until the correct consistency.
- Place a sheet of parchment paper onto an 8x8 inch sheet pan and press the mixture very firmly into the pan
- Refrigerate for at least one hour before cutting the bars
- Cut and store bars in fridge or freezer
