Burger
- 1 lb ground turkey or beef – grass fed
 - 1/3 cup feta cheese
 - 2 scoops just björn marine collagen
 - 1/3 cup sundried tomatoes, chopped (optional)
 - 1 egg
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 - 4 burger buns
 - Thinly sliced cucumber and lettuce
 
Tzatziki Sauce (Yields: 2 cups)
- 3/4 English cucumber, grated – squeeze out the water
 - 1 tsp salt, divided
 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
 - 1 tsp white vinegar
 - 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
 - 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
 - Handful of chopped fresh mint
 - 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
 
- Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl.
 - Form 4 equal burger patties, make sure they are all the same size to cook evenly.
 - Cook on a hot grill at medium high heat for 4-5 minutes per side or until internal temperature is 160F. Allow burgers to rest.
 - Toast your burger bun, and top burger with Tzatziki sauce, thinly sliced cucumber, and lettuce.
 
- Mix 1/2 tsp of salt into the grated cucumber and let stand for a minute.
 - Squeeze and drain the water from the grated cucumber and discard.
 - Add all the ingredients into a large bowl and mix well.
 - Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
