Grilled Summer Chicken

This chicken recipe comes from one of our favorite sushi restaurants called Stick’n’Sushi. They would serve these wonderful yakitori sticks that I adopted and have been grilling for friends and family for about 20 years now. It is such a simple and delicious dish that you will want to make it over and over again.
10 minutes 20 minutes 30 minutes
YIELD: 4 Servings
  • 1½ lb chicken thighs (boneless and skinless)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (can substitute with Greek yogurt)
  • 1 cup sweet chili sauce
For the serving sauce:
  • ½ cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt)
  • ½ cup sweet chili sauce
    How to Make It
    1. In a large bowl mix together mayonnaise and chili sauce
    2. Add in the chicken and let it marinate for 10 minutes
    3. Heat up the grill
    4. Grill on both sides until cooked through, brushing it with excess sauce whenever you turn the chicken over.
    5. Top with reserved serving sauce
    6. Enjoy with rice and grilled vegetables
