This chicken recipe comes from one of our favorite sushi restaurants called Stick’n’Sushi. They would serve these wonderful yakitori sticks that I adopted and have been grilling for friends and family for about 20 years now. It is such a simple and delicious dish that you will want to make it over and over again.

Ingredients
- 1½ lb chicken thighs (boneless and skinless)
- 1 cup mayonnaise (can substitute with Skyr)
- 1 cup sweet chili sauce
For the serving sauce:
- ½ cup mayonnaise (or Skyr)
- ½ cup sweet chili sauce
How to Make It
- In a large bowl mix together mayonnaise and chili sauce
- Add in the chicken and let it marinate for 10 minutes
- Heat up the grill
- Grill on both sides until cooked through, brushing it with excess sauce whenever you turn the chicken over.
- Top with reserved serving sauce
- Enjoy with rice and grilled vegetables
