- 1 head Cauliflower
- 1 jar Capers (71 grams, 2 ½ oz)
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 oz pine nuts
- Chili mayo sauce - mix mayonnaise and sriracha sauce together
- Cut the Cauliflower into thin slices
- Heat up a large skillet to high and add olive oil
- Add the Cauliflower
- Pan-roast the Cauliflower for 10-15 minutes stirring occasionally
- In a separate pan, brown the pine nuts and season with salt
- Drain the liquid from the capers jar and add them to the Cauliflower and roast for another 2-3 minutes
- Plate the dish by putting chili mayo on the bottom, then the Cauliflower and sprinkle pine nuts and chili mayo on top.
