What is better than the food on Thanksgiving? The Thanksgiving leftovers! They are so delicious and one of the biggest reasons why I recommend cooking a larger turkey than you need. My favorite thing to make the next day is my Thanksgiving sandwich. I use toasted bread with a sampling of leftovers. You can customize this recipe to use whatever you like or have left over from your holiday dinner.
